Does it cost guests anything?
Never. Contributions are entirely voluntary — guests choose any amount, or nothing at all. There's no fee to them, ever.
How do payouts work?
Money flows through Stripe Connect. You connect your Stripe account once; contributions settle to you automatically, minus a flat 10% platform fee. You keep 90%.
Do guests need an app or account?
No. They scan the table's QR, land on your branded page, and pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay in a tap. No download, no sign-up.
Is it secure? What about card data?
Payments run on Stripe's hosted checkout, so card details never touch our servers — that keeps the platform at PCI SAQ-A. Guest IPs are hashed, never stored raw.
Can I run multiple locations?
Yes — unlimited locations, no per-location fee. Each gets its own QR coasters and analytics, and managers can be scoped to just their store.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Create your shop, add a location, generate and print the coasters, connect Stripe, and you're live.
